“Being nice helps.” That sounds stupid, but it is true. As long as everything runs smoothly, it’s easy to be nice. Under pressure, it can make the difference. If the team is still kind, no matter how tight the timing, then a lot is possible. I like the different kinds of people here, and the variety in the job. There’s always something new around the corner and people get together to think about it and come up with their own ideas and solutions.
Chocolate, tight schedules, and a fair dose of ambition (or is it stubbornness?) motivate me. To take my mind off work: yoga, hiking, or a book – my favorites are fantasy or autobiographies. I love good stories 😉
My personal highlight is the annual Christmas waffle event at H&O. Always on the last working day before 24. December in our office. In thought, everybody is gone already, but still stays for a bit longer. Great.
