NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto in France sells the largest share of coffee machines via e-commerce – via their own website. A highlight here are the regular “Ventes Flash” – quick, short campaigns that aim to raise sales. A new technical and creative challenge, every time.

In cooperation with the lead agency in Paris we support the French Dolce Gusto website since 2014. That includes the complete webshop, also the “Vente Flash” campaigns, where we are included from the very beginning.

Speed counts.
For every “Vente Flash”, the Dolce Gusto website has to be re-modelled completely – and then put back into its old state. In a very short period of time. In addition, banners and newsletters have to be created that raise attention for the campaign. The great result: opening rates of up to 50%, excellent click rates, and fast sales. On average, all machines are sold after 3 hours. The current record: 120 minutes.
