Undercover in action

A big surprise for Merck employees: from one day to the other, everything has changed. We brought the new brand identity to life, overnight simultaneously on both sites, in Darmstadt and Gernsheim. All under the strictest secrecy.

We had exactly 4 months to coordinate and steer the production and distribution of the many materials. At the same time, we briefed the promotion teams and other service suppliers. A logistical challenge!

Ready for day zero.
On November 14, 2015, 6 a.m. sharp, everything had to be finalised. Of course, without anyone noticing beforehand. And it was. The façade cladding, light installations, video projections, flags, tents, company signs, brochures, and give-aways. 11,000 promotion kits were distributed on site and enthused the employees for their new brand identity.
